All sales of custom items are final. Custom items are defined as any products that are personalized, made-to-order, or specifically tailored to customer specifications.

No Returns or Exchanges

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or design
  • Dissatisfaction with the final product

Order Confirmation

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including personalization, spelling, colors, sizes, and design choices, before submitting their order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a custom item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer support within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. Please contact us with any issue and we will work to resolve it right away.
