Shipping policy

All of our products are custom made to order and created specifically for you.

Estimated production and shipping time is 2-4 weeks. Allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping then allow an additional 2 weeks to receive your order.

Set Shipping Rate - $7.00. We only ship within the United States.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please have someone available to retrieve your package during the estimated delivery time provided by the delivery courier. While a person does not need to be physically present to accept the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is secure and accessible.

Once a package has been given to the delivery service our business is not responsible for any missing, lost, or stolen packages. You will have to contact the delivery courier.
